The menu, prepared by Chef Filiberto Jimenez is straightforward and wonderful.  Our classic chicken pot pie and Shrimpscargots are cult classics, and our newer additions for vegetarians, vegans and gluten allergies have taken off like a shot.

When you are in the mood for a chill lunch, great cocktail bar and a great chicken panini, veggie burger or sensational, seasonal salads – we think you will love Pershing Square.
